英语句子改错

请问下面两个句子哪地方错了，怎么改呢?

On one hand ,I will support her or him until graduation.On the other hand,when she or he goes to college before I will take care of her or him.

第一句没问题。第二句没有主句，只有两个时间从句，这是错误的所在。

具体怎么改正，要看语义要求。第二句意思模糊，能否提供明确的中文意思？
