有其它特殊的词、短语、词组引导从句吗

I'm an old man and they are all I have.

老师如何理解这句话，they are all i have.have是及物动词，如果all是形容词，that(名词性从句中that是没有意思，不能充当成分的)不可能的，they are all that I have.错的，难道all引导从句吗？？
