英语可说at that day吗

我认为 at 应改为 on。请教老师，她说没错，用 at 表示那个时刻，令我不解。

at that day 是错误的，应该用on that day 或者 that day，例如：
We met on that day. / We met that day.（赵振才编著《英语常见问题解答大词典》增订版 on that day / that day）
