最常见的表达方式：

(Opinion) polls indicate / show sb / sth + 介短 / 副词 / that 宾从 / 动词-ing 形式等。

1. Opinion polls indicated a two-thirds majorityin favour of ratification of the treaty. （介短）民意调查表明2/3的多数票赞成批准这个条约。

2. The polls had fairly consistently shown Eisenhower and me ahead. （副词）民意调查始终表明艾森豪威尔和我遥遥领先.

3. A recent survey of public opinion showed that most people were worried about theincreasing crimes. （宾从）一份最近的民意调查表明,大多数人对不断增长的犯罪率表示忧虑。

4. Recent public opinion surveys show Obama re-taking slim lead over McCain. （verb-ing）最近的民意调查显示,奥巴马再次以微弱优势领先于麦凯恩。

5. Polls show support from Democrats plunging if no public plan is included.  (verb-ing) 民意调查显示如果没有公共计划包含在内，来自民主党方面的支持就会骤然减少。

当然用于中高考时，首选我觉得用用定从还是不错的： As the polls show,.....
