1 willing to do sth.形容词短语本身就可以做后置定语，没有必要一定要理解为定语从句的省略，虽然你可以这么做。2 resign oneself to sth. to介词短语是resign要求的搭配，必须看作一个整体。如果去掉插入的状语without crying，二个逗号就同时消失了。not only...but...并列了二个to介词短语。
