定语从句先行词怎么判断

请问下这两句话的非限制性定语从句修饰的啥？

如果是限制性定语从句呢？

我的意思是非限制性定语从句和定语从句可以修饰介词短语里面的宾语吗？如何判断它修饰的是介词里面的成分，还是介词前面的成分啊，谢谢！
