主系表结构省略问题

老师好，这是张培基英译散文的一句话：

His surname is Cha, and his given name, Buduo, which together mean About the Same.

请问为什么and his given name后面要加逗号？

一是对称省略，

二是对Buduo起到了强调作用

居然有叫“差不多”这个名字的, 逗号停顿一下，给人一种卖关子的感觉。

第二点是我个人的感觉，仅供参考

which 通过together mean，体现指前面2句。
