新概念三，第60课里有一句话： just as that moment the train came into the station

一直误看成 just at that moment the train came into the station. 今天仔细一看，不是 at, 而是 as.

请问 as 作为连词，解释为：当...的时候, 这种用法时，后面怎么直接就跟了一个名词 that moment? 连词后面是不是应该跟一个句子才对？

应该是just at that moment,不应该是as，该书此处拼写有误。
