I don't like all of the singers.

I don't like all of them.

这是不是有2种理解方式，一种全部否定，一种部分否定。这种all可不可以提到not之后？就像Not all the singers are popular.请各位老师指点一下，谢谢

这两个句子应该都是部分否定。如果全部否定，可以这样：I don't like any of the singers或any of them.

或：I like none of the singers/none of them.

如果把all 提到not后，主语需要是复数。改为: We don't all like these singers.
