老师，请问使用 is to 或 is that 来做表语时，有什么区别？

例如：

1) Our plan is to finish the work in two days.

2) The main task of this research is to understand the meaning of the universe.

老师，这两个例句都是用不定式to来作表语的，它和that从句作表语有什么区别？

be to do 一般指一种计划或安排好要做的事。be that 可能是一种解释，不一定和某种计划安排有关。

is  that, that 后面加的是句子
