She can’t have slept through all that noise.

My brother met her at the Grand Theater yesterday afternoon, so she couldn’t have attended your lecture.

老师，上面两个句子，can’t have done 和 couldn’t have done 是不是都是对过去的事情的不可能的推测，和can’t 和 couldn’t 的时态无关，因为have done 表示更早发生的事情，是这样理解吗？

你的理解完全正确！这样用的 can't 和 couldn't 没有时间上的差别，只有语气上的差别（用couldn't 语气稍委婉）。
