过去将来时的用法

He said that he would come tomorrow.
He says that he will come tomorrow.
He has said that he will come tomorrow.
He said that he will come tomorrow.
以上四种说法都是可以的。最后一种是非正式语体。在说话人看来，宾语从句的内容在说话时仍然有效，所以从句就没有用过去将来时（违背了语法一致原则），这种用法现在越来越多。
