是三个并列的不定式，后面两个不定式省略了不定式符号 to。

这是三个不定式并列。

由并列连词 and 或 or 连接作用相同的不定式时，只保留第一个不定式里的 to 。这里的 to weave, trick 和put 都是不定式作 allowing 的宾语补足语。
