问题 助动词do有哪些变化形式

老师在总结助动词do的用法时说，助动词do的基本变化形式有does, did, doing, done。但我觉得助动词do的基本变化形式应该只有三种：do, does, did，不能用doing和done。因为助动词do不可能有进行时态和完成时态。我的理解对吗？
