问题 not和don't区别

两者之间区别不太了解，看到过 not do sth的情况。请老师谈谈这个问题。

问题 not...any but结构意思

I have excluded him because,while his accomplishments may contribute to the solution of moral problems,he has not been charged with the task of approaching any but the factual aspects of those problems这句话主要是后半句如何理解？not...any but结构意思？

问题 如何理解not that we know of

句子: Well, not that we know of.（书本上翻译成：并不像我们所了解的那样）请问老师：we know of如果是定语从句，副词not难道可以修饰代词that吗？

问题 不定式否定形式作目的状语时，为什么不能直接加not?

Let's hurry so as not to be later for the meeting.老师，不定式的否定形式作目的状语时，不能not to be....;not to do吗，不定式作状语时只有目的状语这样例外吗？
