请问专家：英语可以用 It is easy that...与 It is difficult that...句式吗？比如：It is easy / difficult that I find a job. 我找到工作很容易 / 难。It is easy / difficult that we learn to speak English. 学习说英语对我们来说很容易 / 难。

All what is needed is a continuous supply of the basic necessities of life.*据张满胜老师说，这句话是错的，what应该改成that，因为what引导定语从句时前面不能有先行词。请问，这里为什么不能把what is needed看成是all的同位语从句呢？
