...r than 和 not more than 的区别：He is no wiser than his brother. 他和他哥哥一样笨。He is not wiser than his brother. 他没他哥哥聪明。想问一下 no 和 not 都是副词修饰 wiser 吗？ 为什么这两句翻译差这么大，用语法规则能解释吗？
