后面是要跟一个定语从句，而 that 和 which 都不能充当先行词，也就没办法把定语从句补充完整。

关于定语从句逗号问题（逗号后面的从句用that引导）
这是为了平衡句子，这里已经有两个单词构成一组同位语，后面还要加一个定语从句，你省略逗号当然可以，但是这样就十分难看、别扭了。 另外，其实这个句子到底是限制性还是非限制性有点难说。你否定了它是非限制性，大概是看到有that，认为非限制性只能用which，其实用that也行，只是很少见。
