这句有错吗？若有错，如何改正？

even 是副词，不是连词，所以不能用它来引导让步从句：

误：Even the worst happens, you shouldn’t give up hope.

正：Even if the worst happens, you shouldn’t give up hope.

即使发生最坏的情况，你也不应放弃希望。

另外，也不要将它误用作介词。如：

即便听了他的解释，我仍不明白。

误：Even listening to his explanation I’m none the wiser.

正：Even after listening to his explanation I’m none the wiser.
