lift词性判断

例句: She felt the dizzy drop,then the supporting lift of the swing

我想问下老师们这里lift究竟是动词还是名词。

如果是动词,the supporting看做主语，但后面是of the swing感觉有点奇怪。

如果是名词，那么supporting看做现在分词做形容词翻译不通，是否看做动名词呢？

lift显然是名词，在此的意思是：Power or force available for raising，即升力、向上的力。supporting为形容词，意为 - capable of bearing a structural load; 支撑的、承重的。 the supporting lift of the swing 即秋千的支撑（升）力。
