4. doing 前加 from。benefit from 意思是“从……受益”。

5. was 改为 is。本文讲述的为一般情况（注意前后文的时态）。

6. 去掉 are。因其后的 like 是动词。

7. most 改为 more。what is more 为习语，意为“更为重要的是”。

8. mentally 改为 mental。用形容词作定语。

9. our 改为 my。因全文用的都是单数第一人称。

10. hopes 改为 hope。其前省略主语 I。

第4行 was—is

第5行 are 删掉

第6行 most—more ; mentally—mental

第7行 our—my ; hopes—hope
