请问老师，今天看到一句话是This name makes perfect sense because of where the city is located.  短语because of后不是接名词或动名词吗？这里为什么接从句呢？

 【答】这里的 where the city is located = the place  where the city is located

   This is where we live. = This is the place where we live. 这是我们住的地方。
