Audited accounts这里的分词audited为什么不后置到accounts后面作定语表示被动？

过去分词作前置定语表示动作已完成，现所保持的一种状态，这时的过去分词已经形容词化。而过去分词作后置定语，强调的是那个动作的发生。这里的audited用作前置定语修饰accounts显然指的是已经过审核过的帐目，是一种状态。
