在使役动词用法中过去分词可以提到宾语前面吗

主语+使动词+宾语+过去分词

这个使动结构中，宾语不是代词，是否过去分词前后都可以放了？（类似 switch on 那种）

The signal light has the train stopped.

The signal light has stopped the train.

The signal light has the train stopped. 复合宾语结构。

The signal light has stopped the train. 现在完成时。
