她不但会弹钢琴，而且会打篮球。

这个句子应该如何翻译：

She can not only play the piano, but also play basketball.

She not only can play the piano, but also can play basketball.

She can not only play the piano, but also play basketball.是正确的。例如：

The machine can not only memerize but also analyze the data fed into it. 这机器不仅能记忆，而且还能分析输进去的数据。（摘自北京大学西语系英语专业编：《英语常用词用法词典》修订第2版p.564）

上面那个是对的，其实很多not only but also句式都可以直接用and代替，比如你这个，本意就是说she can play the piano and play basketball，而你平时肯定不会说she can play the piano and can play basketball
