你似乎对第三个案例有误解,第三个案例里边,狭义,look after ,look at都是介词动词。介词动词,和保持原义没必然联系。

可以参考两个结构1,It is time to do something. 2, The time to do something has come.所以,如果是定语的话,我认为一般前面需要加冠词。
